[NEWS] 110519 An update on drama “Poseidon”
In December 2010, news arose that maritime police drama “Poseidon”, starring Shinhwa’s Eric and TVXQ’s U-Know Yunho, would air on SBS in May 2011 following the conclusion of “Midas”. However, after many delays, the drama lost its broadcast date and continues to face delays in filming and cancellation rumors. Yoon Eunhye’s romantic comedy “Lie to Me” has since aired in the spot once held for “Poseidon”.
Newsen reported that stars Kim Kangwoo and Kim Okbin intend to drop out of the drama, following actress Jun Hyebin, who left the program in March. U-Know Yunho has not announced his own departure, but due to overseas promotions with TVXQ he may not be available for filming. Shinhwa’s Eric also remains with the drama, but his management said, “there have been discussions about other projects including KBS2TV’s ‘Myungwol The Spy'”, but Eric’s commitment to “Poseidon” makes it difficult for him to sign on to other projects. Although production officials intend to resume shooting in June, many obstacles still remain, as the drama must replace these exiting actors and accommodate the current stars.
Will “Poseidon” persevere through its production struggles?

WTH?
I’ve been waiting for this drama since Changmin’s PR. I really hope to see U-Know’s on-screen performance (other than singing & CF).
But, still, I have to admit that U-Know is extremely busy with his TVXQ’s schedule, so it’s understandable for him not to take in this drama. I hope he will not overexert himself
